The above application is for Competitor Card On-Line purchases only!

The cost of an on-line purchase is $35.00. Payment by Credit Card is required at the time of purchase. 

Athlete Membership cards can also be purchased by mail for $30. If you wish to mail in your application go to Athlete Information,  print off an application and mail it to the office.  

USA Wrestling requires a  BACKGROUND CHECK in order to purchase a USA Wrestling Coach's Membership card. The cost of a background check is $17 (every two years) plus the $34.75 membership card annual fee. Due to the Background Check requirement, the ISWA can not issue cards from the state office.
