Bloomington South Elementary Dual Tournament

Wrestling to start at 9am
Objective: The elementary duals are designed to give our elementary wrestlers a taste of the high school experience.
We find that the kids really enjoy the team experience.
Weight classes:
8 and under- 40, 45, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 78, 90, 110
9 and over- 55, 60, 63, 66, 69, 73, 77, 81, 86, 91, 100, 110, 120, 145, 175
Rules:
Ages KN-12 years old as of January 1,2010
Each wrestler must hold a USA wrestling competitor’s card
Teams permitted to have as many kids on their roster as they would like
Teams will turn in line-up before each round begins. This line-up cannot be changed once the round begins. A new line-up may be turned in for each following round.
Folkstyle rules with three one minute periods
All other high school rules/guidelines will apply
Wrestlers are required to wear head-gear and a mouth-piece for this event
This will be a USA sanctioned event
Each team will be required to supply one adult each round for score table help
Entry Fee $250/team. $100 deposit to hold your spot.
