The club membership fee is $100 and is valid from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2011. This fee includes a five million dollar liability insurance policy in the name of the club.

Contacts will be updated as the 2010-2011 club charters are received.  If you need assistance please contact the Section Director in your area.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

A CLUB APPLICATION and REQUEST FOR CARDS FORM are available in PDF to print and mail, along with the fee, to the ISWA office.

Both are also available in MS Word for those who prefer to fill out the application and submit it via e-mail or fax.

If you choose to submit your club charter via e-mail, you are required to pay your membership fee using a credit card.
