Due to the increased number of tournaments accepting weigh-ins, via fax or e-mail, the above templates (examples) have been posted
in order to offer tournaments guidelines in this area.
Since the above forms duplicate the weigh-in card format, the ISWA strongly recommends their use for local tournaments
