Please review the following information so you are prepared for competition at Freestyle & Greco State this weekend.

Proper Equipment for Weigh ins and the Tournament

• Red and Blue singlets are required

• Headgear is required for athletes in age groups 12u and under athletes.

• Mouthpiece is required with braces

• Knee sleeves must have a space of skin between the singlet and the sock.

• Leggins/tights are not allowed for weigh ins or the freestyle tournament.

Challenges and Protests:

• Challenges will be allowed for all 12u and under age groups in championship bouts only.

• 14U, 16U, and Juniors will be semifinals, consi-semifinals, and placement bouts.

• Protest procedure will be in place in all other bouts.
