Part-Time Job Posting: Office Staff – Administrative Services

The Indiana State Wrestling Association (ISWA) is seeking a dedicated and organized

individual to join our team. The Office Staff – Administrative Services position is a part-time position and is ideal for someone with knowledge about wrestling and office administration. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Applicants must be able to work on-site at our Beech Grove, IN office with some flexibility provided.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with website management (preferred).

• Passion for wrestling and sports administration (preferred).

OFFICE STAFF – Administrative Services

Attend all regular and called meetings of the Corporation.

Attend and help with the setup, running and tear down of all ISWA sponsored events.

Maintain the ISWA office for the purpose of promoting the ISWA and be onsite at the office to assist members, take or return phone calls or emails on designated weekdays.

Prepare the annual publication and work with sources to ensure all information is included and accurate.

Keep an organized digital record of all data.

Serve as webmaster for the corporation and be responsible for updating, maintaining and optimizing the ISWA website.

Assist the Communications director with distributing created content on the ISWA website and other platforms.

Cross train and gain a familiar understanding of the Membership Services and State Services responsibilities.

Assist Membership Services and State Services as necessary.

Assist in the preparation of the annual meeting, awards banquet, all ISWA events, all hosted USAW and any other events offered by the ISWA.

Assist with any trainees or interns.

Work collaboratively with Membership and State Services as required.

Submit to the Association a written report for the Annual Meeting of the Corporation.

Work in all areas, as assigned by the ISWA officers.
