The USA Wrestling Women’s National folkstyle championships (US Marine Corps Girls Folkstyle National 

Championships, Jr. Women Folkstyle Duals, & University National Championships) is being held in 

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 22-25 March 2018. This event is open to female wrestlers of all ages with no 

qualification requirements and features an individual tournament in five age divisions. This event also 

features a Cadet/Junior Duals tournament. 

Indiana Girls Wrestling will be taking girls in each age division and fielding a Duals team. IGW welcomes 

anyone interested in attending this event to contact them for more information at 

info@indianagirlswrestling.com, or to visit their tournament registration website at 

http://www.indianagirlswrestling.com/tournament-home. Trip cost for each girl traveling with the team 

is $390 plus meals. IGW has options for parental travel and stay as well. 

The IGW Duals team is being sponsored by the Indiana State Wrestling Association and will compete as 

Team Indiana in the Junior Women Folkstyle Duals Championship. Positions on this team are 

competitive and will be determined after ISWA Folkstyle State. Those interested in this event specifically 

are urged to complete the online registration above and reserve a challenge spot on the team. Selection 

for the Duals team adds $45 to the above price.
