Want to start a club in your area? 

Make every attempt to attend the Annual meeting the second Sunday of September.

Please contact the ISWA Office at: Email [email protected] and request a Club Organizer Packet be emailed to you or simply print file on this webpage.

Club Organizer packets will be passed out at the annual meeting; a digital copy can be found on this webpage: Club Organizer & Tournament Guide. You can also pick up these pamphlets at all ISWA State Final Events at the head table. 

Club charter applications are now within www.usawmembership.com

Club Charter Fee is $125. If your club wishes to add an additional insurance certificate a $55 fee will be added. 

Purchasing a Wrestling Leader membership is REQUIRED FIRST

1. Log onto www.usawmembership.com (First time users will create a free account and claim created profile with Name and DOB).  Returning members will log in with email and password. 

2. Next select membership at the top of the screen.  When you go to renew your Wrestling Leader Membership (which is required to charter a club).  Next you will be prompted to complete Safe Sport and or a background check if necessary.  Add this to your cart when prompted.  This is a requirement with USAW.  Safe Sport is a free 90-minute online course.  USAWmembership will prompt member to begin background check with NCSI requiring a $30 fee to complete.  Please allow 5-7 business days to be complete.

3. After your Wrestling Leader membership is purchased go back to www.usawmembership.com under MANAGE-Charter Club.  Completed the online requirements and purchase your club charter.  

4. Clubs insurance certificate(s) can be found within www.usawmembership.com under Insurance Certificate.
